The 40 sqm apartment, very quiet, is located in the corridor leading to the stairs, in an interior courtyard of old Milan that will be for your exclusive use. Full kitchen, private bathroom with large shower and bidet complete with towels and bed linen, LCD TV, WI-FI FLAT.

 

The space

 

The apartment is located in a beautiful courtyard, is on one level and there are no steps, just entertained you find a living area with 170 cm x 75 cm couch usable as a bed for one person, tv lcd and a table with 3 chairs; a fully equipped kitchen with hob and microwave, in front of the bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, behind the wardrobe a bedroom and a comfortable desk. In the apartment there is: Free Wi-Fi internet

Bed linen and towels (sheets, towels), hairdryer.

 

Guest access

 

Guests have the exclusive use of the entire apartment and courtyard. For security reasons, we kindly ask you to always close the gates when you go out or go. Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor courtyard.

 

Interaction with guests

 

We will meet you personally on your arrival to give you the keys, show you the apartment and advise you on restaurants, bars or whatever you need! Please note that check-in times must be agreed before your arrival and that is possible from 3 pm to 9.30 pm. After this time we ask for an extra and only until 00.00

The apartment is located in a historic district in which modernity and authentic memories of the past (Fossati theater and Strehler theater), vintage palaces, 19th century folk art and artistic preciousness coexist, old pathways (via dell'Orso, Chiori Fiori , Dark Blossoms and Via Madonnina) and Corso Garibaldi in its new style .....

Opposite the entrance to the house you will find the beautiful church of Santa Maria del Carmine.

Almost at the beginning of the Basilica of San Simpliciano, early Christian and built by Sant'Ambrogio; almost opposite the Teatro Studio del Piccolo Teatro. Towards the end, the beautiful church of Santa Maria Incoronata, a double church of the fifteenth century. Right on XXV Aprile Square, the neoclassical arc was built by the Austrian government in honor of Francis I and later dedicated to Garibaldi, from which it is also named Porta, once called Comasina. Overwhelmed by designer shops, contemporary art workshops, bookstores, and contrasted with old shops including the Rossignoli 1900's historic bicycle shop, the Telerie Roberto, as the name says the fabric store but also supplies excellent scarves, scarves and pashmine quality; Naele for underwear and bathing suits, and the timeless Tecnoelectric Comoretto, Cremonesi Cartoleria, Meraviglia with its utensils since 1920 and Jamaica since 1911 offers unique art and cuisine.
